1. License for Animated Characters and Courses

By purchasing an animated character from Toony Tales, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Character for personal or commercial purposes under the following conditions:

  • You may use the Character in unlimited projects.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Character and courses , whether modified or unmodified.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All Characters, including their design, animation, and associated files, remain the intellectual property of Toony Tales.
  • You may not claim ownership of the Character or create derivative works for resale.

3. Restrictions on Character Usage

  • You may not sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the Character individually or as part of a bundle.
  • You may not use the Character in a manner that violates laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

4. Modification of Characters

  • You may modify the Character to suit your project’s needs.
  • However, you may not distribute or sell modified versions of the Character.

5. Terms for Course Enrollment

  • All courses provided on Toony Tales are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Enrolled students get lifetime access to course materials, including cartoon character body structures and backgrounds.
  • A WhatsApp group is available for students to access free materials and updates.
  • Live doubt-solving sessions are conducted as part of the course.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Characters or Courses.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

By purchasing from Toony Tales or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
